Shipping Information - Terms and Conditions
Shipping Information for Orders placed on W1 Ambiance
At W1 Ambiance, we are always looking for ways to give our customers quality products at an affordable price. This continues with our shipping rates.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates will vary based on the products that you purchase and your location. To get the cost of delivery on your order:

Add products to your order form

Wait for your formal quotation that we will send it you after we received your fill-out order form

Please provide your complete delivery address or city address for the delivery charge cost
Please note, a shipping rate for delivery will not show up as an option if you are not located within the city limits of a W1 Ambiance. If you are outside city limits and wish to request a quote for delivery in your area, please fill-out the order form provide in the product album.
Delivery Service
It is important that you provide correct address information.
Fulfillment Time Frame
Orders are fulfilled within two to three weeks of it being received. This is due to processing times as well as transfers depending on the quantity or design details of your order product.
General Terms and Conditions

Free shipping does not apply to Bulk purchases but it depends on the delivery address.

Free Shipping Promotions applicable within Quezon City only.

Shipping Rates and promotions published on W1 Ambiance affair in you quotation.

Shipping only available to addresses within Metro Manila and selected province, delivery charge upon request.
Damage Item and Missing Pieces
For delivery products, please examine your order for any visible signs of damage, incorrect products, or missing parts before paying the cash on delivery balance (COD), assembling the product. If this is the case, please specify these issues on the proof of delivery and accept the order.
Please report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us:
Photos may be requested to provide proof of damaged items.
Assembly and Installation of Product(s)
The assembly and installation of the product(s) purchased by the Buyer shall be performed by the Buyer at the Buyer’s own responsibility. W1 Ambiance shall not assume any legal liability in relation to the assembly and installation of the product(s). W1 Ambiance shall not assume any legal liability for damages to the product(s), the Buyer, or their property, or other accidents caused during the assembly or installation.
